FlowFour reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel your order for any reason, at our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing information provided at the time the order was made. Returns or exchanges will be handled exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and FlowFour. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchase and transaction with FlowFour.

SECTION 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Due to the Services being hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information to provide and improve the platform.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and FlowFour agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chile.
